Surprisingly, having experience did not make you able to gain respect. Being a boss is different from being a leader.
It is needed wisdom and courage to take action as a proof to others that you are the respective leader.
You need ability and talent rather than charm.
Learn appropriately. Never assumed. Do not let others to take initiative for you.
Your action and words show what it’s in you head.
